Ben is a qualified risk and compliance professional whose career combines senior regulatory responsibility with hands-on commercial leadership. He holds the ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance — Int.Dip(GRC) and has held senior roles including Head of Compliance, MLRO, DMLRO, Company Secretary, Data Protection Officer and Risk and Compliance Manager.

His experience spans corporate services, insurance and accountancy. Within the insurance sector, Ben has worked across life assurance, general insurance and insurance management businesses. He has also provided senior compliance consultancy support and now works with regulated and designated businesses, including corporate service providers, insurance businesses, estate agents and accountancy firms.

With experience as an Executive Director of an Isle of Man corporate service provider, Ben understands regulatory obligations from both an advisory and operational perspective. His experience extends beyond interpreting requirements to implementing governance, risk and compliance arrangements within working businesses.

This combination of regulatory knowledge, controlled-function experience and commercial responsibility enables Ben to provide advice that is clear, proportionate and grounded in the realities of running a business.
